1) Will I have the same Bliss Maids each time?
We will always endeaveour to supply the same Bliss Maid in a team each session (except when he/she is on holiday or is sick) and over time you will meet each member of staff, which means that everyone gets to know your home

2) Will you come the same day and time each session?
We will always come on the same day unless you need to change to another day due to personal reasons for that session, however we are unable to guarantee a definate time due our busy planning schedule and unforeseen circumstances, such has traffic delays, weather and any problems we have experienced in a previous client's home. If we are running late we will always contact you to let you know what is happening.

3) What about your staff?
We are not a franchise nor an angency and therefore all staff are employed by DBA Ltd whether on a part time or full time basis. All staff are interviewed, referenced and CRB checked. All staff are properly trained to the highest standards in cleaning / housekeeping but also how to enter clients homes in a safe / secure manner, use of equipment, COSHH trained to use cleaning products, and in Health & Safety. We have several members of staff attached to various collages studying Housekeeping/Cleaning NVQ's.

4) Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured with Public Liability insurance

5) Do I have to sign a contract?
No, all we ask is that you sign a Registration Form. Unlike other companies you buy hours as and when you need whether weekly, fortnightly, monthly or just a one off. Once registered you can use us when ever you need some extra quality time.
